My fitness and eating
Topic 1: Write about your fitness and eating habits.
I maintain a healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly and eating balanced
meals.
To stay in shape, I have a fairly good body shape thanks to my active routine. I
usually go jogging in the park near my house three to four times a week. Each
session lasts around 30 minutes. Sometimes I go with my friends, which
makes it more enjoyable and motivating. I also play badminton after school. I
play it because it helps me stay fit, relieve stress, and feel more energetic.
After that, I feel refreshed and proud of myself. When it comes to eating, I focus on preparing healthy meals that include
vegetables, fruits, and lean meats. I limit eating fast food, fried food, and
sugary drinks because they can cause weight gain and health problems.
Unhealthy eating habits include skipping meals, eating late at night, or
overeating junk food.
In conclusion, by combining regular physical activity and smart eating choices,
I can stay in good shape and feel good both physically and mentally. These
habits are not always easy to keep, but they are worth the effort for a healthier
life.
